TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By requesting a commission, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms. Please read through them carefully before sending a proposal.

All payment is expected in USD PRICES⚠︎I WILL NOT BEGIN YOUR COMMISSION UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECIEVEDGENERAL- Commissions and/or designs are for personal use only unless you have purchased commercial rights.- I reserve the right to decline a request as I please if it is outside of my abilities or subjects i do not want to be associated with. These include: proshippers, darkships/darkshippers, fetish art, and hate speech in any way, shape, or form.- I will show you the sketch so you can modify it (maximum 3 free attempts, if you want another attempt there will be a fee of 20% of the original price) During the sketch phase If I don't receive feedback within a week, I will proceed with the artwork as is.- Please include credits to @kdaizem/badfazedai when you are posting the artwork/design anywhere.REGARDING ARTWORK COMMISSIONS- Please provide a full reference of your character. I will not accept commissions with a text description of the character (if possible, send references)- You may not claim the artwork as your own, edit, or modify it without permission. Do not attempt to remove any credits or you will be publically blacklisted.- Once the client is satisfied with the final sketch, the drawing will beging (no further modifications will be accepted)PAYMENT INFO- Payment plans have a maximum term of one month, but this can be extended up to two weeks in case of significant delays. All payments must be sent in full within the agreed timeframe; otherwise, your proposal will be rejected.- Commercial rights for regular work will cost double the original price.- A non-disclosure agreement is required at a fixed cost of $100 if you request that I not publish your commission or include it in my portfolio.- By making the payment, you authorize the commission process. Please note that no refunds will be issued once the process has begun.TURN AROUND TIME- Generally, I take anywhere between 5 days - 2 weeks - 1 months to complete my work, depending on the complexity of the clients request- When the order is finished, the illustration will be delivered to you by email so that it does not lose its qualityINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSAs the artist, I retain the rights to use any commissioned artwork to:
- Promote my services
- Post on social media or use as part pf my portfolio
- Create merchandise (applicable to fanart only)
If an NDA was purchased alongside the commission, i will not use artwork for any of the above.
